Islamabad, July 2, 2025: Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has introduced a set of significant measures aimed at enhancing the province’s education, healthcare, and transport systems. As per his remarks, 4,400 additional teachers will be recruited in Sindh.
Moreover, and four fresh IBA community colleges will be established throughout the province. Moreover, 34,000 schools will be granted financial independence, enabling them to handle their affairs autonomously.
Thousands of eligible students will also benefit from scholarships provided through the Sindh Education Endowment Fund, ensuring ongoing assistance for higher studies.

In the medical sector, the minister disclosed that a sum of Rs. 326.5 billion has been allocated, with immediate release of funds. Major initiatives include expansion of SIUT, PPHI, NICVD, and Chandka Medical College Hospital, alongside improvements in ambulance facilities.

Additionally, under the Benazir Hari Card, a gradual distribution of subsidies for 200,000 farmers has started.
He highlighted that these developmental efforts reflect the Sindh government’s resolve to revive the economy and offer swift relief to the public.
