Islamabad, Oct 27: Speaker of Russian Federation Council to Arrive in Pakistan Today. The Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Ms. Valentina Matvienko, is scheduled to make an official visit to Pakistan on Sunday.
A news statement stated that Senate Chairman Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani extended the visit, which was originally planned for October 27 to 29. It is anticipated that this visit will be a turning point in the two countries’ expanding legislative and diplomatic relations.
