Islamabad, July 24, 2025: TOHO Animation unveiled the first look of Spy X Family Season 3, offering an emotional look into the early life of Loid Forger aka Twilight.

The trailer also features fan favourite characters such as Anya, Yor, Bond, Damian, Becky and WISE agents Sylvia and Fiona, suggesting a balanced mix of action, heartwarming family moments and emotional backstory. The most striking aspect of the new trailer is the inclusion of flashbacks to Loid’s war-torn childhood, an element the anime has only touched upon briefly in past seasons. This deeper dive into his traumatic past hints that Season 3 may be the most character-driven and emotionally resonant chapter yet.

In addition to the trailer, it was confirmed that Spy X Family Season 3 will premiere in October 2025, aligning with the Fall anime season in Japan. The reveal, which originally hinted during Jump Festa 2025 and later supported by a series of official character visuals including Loid and Anya has reignited excitement among fans.

The new season is expected to adapt major arcs from the manga, including the Friendship Schemes Arc and the more intense Red Circus Arc. These arcs will not only deepen the bond between the Forger family but will also put Anya and Loid in higher-stakes situations than ever before.

The core production studios, WIT Studio and Clover Works will return and while some changes may occur, key creative leads are expected to remain on board. Director Yukiko Imai is once again listed among the main team, ensuring continuity in the anime’s polished, stylish direction.

With the series returning after a successful second season in 2023 and the theatrical release of Spy X Family Code: White in early 2024, the franchise continues to show its staying power both in Japan and worldwide.
