Islamabad, Mar 21, 2025: In a major breakthrough for Pakistan’s digital infrastructure, the Pakistan Space Activities Regulatory Authority (PSARA) has granted a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Starlink, signaling that the company has successfully met all regulatory criteria.
Sources confirm that this approval follows clearance from the Ministry of Interior, allowing Starlink to move forward with its operations in Pakistan.
Industry insiders reveal that the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is set to issue operational licenses to Starlink within the next two weeks.
The company has already submitted its formal application and provided comprehensive technical and business plans for review.
Additionally, Starlink has successfully completed three crucial registration phases in Pakistan.
It has secured approvals from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), and now the Pakistan Space Activities Regulatory Authority.

The final hurdle before commencing operations is obtaining formal registration from the PTA.
