Islamabad, 21 May, 2025: PSPC Trainee Program applications are now open, as Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. a subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan launches the third round of its Leadership Induction Program (PLIP).
PSPC Trainee Program offers promising young graduates a pathway into careers in management and engineering, aimed at strengthening future leadership for national institutions.
According to the official announcement, PSPC Trainee Program is designed to provide hands-on exposure and training to fresh graduates, with applications accepted until June 2, 2025.
Selected individuals will be inducted as Management Trainees or Trainee Engineers, depending on their academic backgrounds.

Who Can Apply?
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum of 16 years of formal education in relevant disciplines.
- Age Limit: General maximum age is 26 years. Applicants from Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, and AJK may receive a three-year age relaxation. For PSPC’s internal non-management staff, the upper age limit is 50 years.

Graduates with degrees in:
- Business & Public Administration
- Social Sciences, Economics, and Commerce
- Accounting, Finance, and Information Systems
- Human Resources, Mathematics, ACCA, CA or equivalent fields

For Trainee Engineers:
Graduates from PEC-recognized programs in:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Electronics, and Mechatronics Engineering
- Industrial & Manufacturing, Product Design, Chemistry, Fine Arts (Printmaking, Multimedia)
Salary & Incentives
- Training Stipend: Rs. 40,000/month during training
- Post-Training Salary: Rs. 80,000/month (Assistant Manager scale with additional benefits)
