Islamabad, Aug 5, 2025: Duke Dennis, a well-known online personality and member of the AMP collective, was detained Saturday evening in San Antonio over allegations of unlawful entry and fleeing law enforcement, as reported by local authorities.
The 31-year-old, whose real name is Denzel Dennis, was taken into custody at a nearby shopping center. A video that quickly spread online shows Dennis handcuffed and lying on the ground, surrounded by police officers.
The incident caught swift attention on social media, especially after fans recognized fellow content creator Kai Cenat recording from an upper floor.
While some followers voiced concern for Duke Dennis’s safety, others reacted with amusement, pointing to the blurred lines between live streaming and reality.

The arrest came during AMP’s major summer project in San Antonio, where the group—including Cenat, Fanum, Agent 00, Chrisnxtdoor, and ImDavisss—were producing daily videos from a 53-acre property previously owned by NBA legend Tony Parker.
Though the arrest happened amid this campaign, officials have not linked the charges against Dennis to AMP’s productions.
Duke Dennis has yet to comment on the situation and remains in police custody.
