Islamabad 13 August: The Supreme Court forms new Bench for Bahria Town auction Case. A new three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi will hear the matter today 13, August.
According to the supplementary cause list issued by the Supreme Court, the bench will also include Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb. In the case, Bahria Town (Private) Limited, Rawalpindi has named the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and its Chairman, along with another respondent.

The case pertains to petitions filed against NAB’s decision to auction Bahria Town properties. The petitioner had challenged the Accountability Court’s order, seeking its cancellation and requesting a stay on the auction proceedings.
The hearing is scheduled to take place today at 9:00 AM at the Supreme Court in Islamabad.
