Systems Limited (PSX: SYS) Thursday announced its intention to incorporate a new company in the UK region.
In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company said its board of directors will meet on September 16 to deliberate on the proposed incorporation.
The agenda will also include discussions on a potential investment opportunity, with the board set to decide on further actions as required.
Back in July, SYS announced its acquisition of British American Tobacco SAA Services (Private) Limited from British American Tobacco International Holdings (UK) Limited.
