Islamabad, Sep 19: Khawaja Muhammad Asif, the Minister of Defense, Defense Production, and Aviation, received a visit from Ambassador Sharifzoda Yusuf Toir of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Discussions were held regarding bilateral defense and economic cooperation throughout the meeting. Additionally, a news release stated that topics pertaining to aviation were also covered.
The minister of defense also reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to finding a peaceful solution to any unresolved regional concerns and expressed gratitude for Tajikistan’s efforts to advance regional peace and economic connectivity.
The ambassador from Tajikistan emphasized the close brotherhood that unites the citizens of the two nations. Furthermore, he pledged that his administration would work with Pakistan in a number of areas of shared interest.
