The Class IX Math paper circulated widely on social media even before the exam began, indicating a failure of preventive measures against duplication in the matriculation exams conducted by the Karachi Secondary Education Board, as reported by 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
Additionally, the solved paper was distributed by copy syndicates through WhatsApp groups.
Despite notices from the Board Chairman, the issue of copying syndicates has persisted since the beginning of the matriculation exams.
However, the administration of the secondary board appeared unable to effectively address the problem of copying syndicates.
A total of 368,000 students were registered for the matriculation exams, with 505 examination centers established to accommodate them.
