Islamabad, Aug 16, 2025: The National Cybercrime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Sukkur has arrested a TikToker in Karachi for allegedly extorting millions of rupees from a woman by threatening to leak her explicit video. The dramatic operation was carried out on University Road, and footage of the arrest has since gone viral on social media.
Suspect Took Rs4.4 Million, Demanded More
According to NCCIA officials, the suspect, identified as Junaid, initially extracted Rs4.4 million from the victim and later demanded an additional Rs7.7 million. A case was registered in Sukkur under charges of honey trap and blackmail, prompting authorities to launch the arrest operation.
Clash During Arrest Leaves Officer Injured
When NCCIA officers moved to apprehend Junaid, he resisted arrest, injuring one officer in the process. The heated encounter was captured on video, further fueling public interest in the case.

Suspect Shifted to Sukkur for Investigation
After completing initial formalities, the suspect was transferred to Sukkur for further investigation. Authorities reaffirmed their commitment to taking strict action against online exploitation, blackmail, and honey trap cases, warning that such crimes will not go unpunished.
