Famous TikToker Samiya Hijab has accused a young man from Lahore of attempting to abduct her after she turned down his marriage proposal. She further revealed that the same person has been issuing death threats to her repeatedly over the last three months.
In a video shared across her social media accounts, Samiya narrated the terrifying ordeal. She explained that the man had been persistently forcing her into marriage despite her continuous refusals.
“He first started insisting I marry him. When I declined, he began stalking and harassing me,” Samiya Hijab stated.
According to her, the incident took a dangerous turn when the man appeared outside her residence during a vulnerable time—while her mother was unwell and her brother was not home. She claimed he attempted to seize her mobile phone, dragged her towards his vehicle, and tried to force her inside. “I even have an audio and video recording of this incident,” she added.

Highlighting the dangers women face in such situations, Samiya recalled the tragic case of her close friend, TikToker Sana Yousaf, who was allegedly murdered in Islamabad after rejecting a marriage proposal.
“I don’t want to end up like Sana. I don’t want to be one of those girls who remain silent and lose their lives,” she said firmly.
Police Action and Her Appeal
Samiya confirmed that Islamabad Police have documented her statement and registered a formal report against the suspect. She expressed confidence that authorities would soon apprehend him.

Appealing for stronger action, the TikToker Samiya Hijab urged the Inspector General of Police to ensure strict punishment. “Many girls are facing the same threats but are unable to raise their voices. I am speaking out for them too,” she concluded.
