Islamabad, Sep 6: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, who is presently visiting the United Kingdom, had a conversation with United Arab Emirates (UAE) Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh on Friday.
According to a news statement from the Foreign Office Spokesperson, they spoke over the phone about important areas of bilateral cooperation in commerce and investment as well as matters pertaining to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
They reiterated their determination to further the brotherly bonds that bind the two friendly countries. After a 13-year break, the DPM welcomed the announcement that the 12th session of the Pakistan-UAE Joint Ministerial Commission will take place in the UAE next month.
