Islamabad, Nov 25: Virat Kohli Surpasses Bradman with Spectacular Century Against Australia. On the third day of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy opener, Indian batting virtuoso Virat Kohli achieved yet another significant milestone in his remarkable career by surpassing the legendary Sir Don Bradman’s 29 Test hundreds.

In addition to ending a 16-month streak without a Test century, Kohli’s incredible undefeated performance of 100 off 143 balls shattered other records and solidified his status as one of cricket’s all-time greats. Kohli displayed incredible poise as he walked in amid rising pressure from a run of low scores, finishing his innings with eight boundaries and two sixes.

His perfect century at a strike rate of 69.93 was crucial in giving India a 533-run advantage, which was then proclaimed the innings by captain Jasprit Bumrah.

With his seventh century in Australia, Kohli surpassed Sachin Tendulkar as the Indian player with the most Test hundreds in Australia. In Australia, Kohli has already surpassed England’s Jack Hobbs with ten hundreds in all forms.
