Islamabad, July 18, 2025: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) issued a weather alert for heavy rains and thunderstorms across the country from July 18 to July 25, with occasional breaks.

The Met Office reported that monsoon current are currently affecting Sindh and the northern region, with heavy showers expected in the upper and central areas of the country beginning from July 20.
