Nearly two days after the problem first emerged, Ufone users are still experiencing difficulties with WhatsApp calls.
The issue began on Saturday, when Pakistan
Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) acknowledged that customers across the country were facing disruptions specifically with the app’s call feature.
At the time, the company said its teams were working closely with Meta to ensure a quick resolution.
However, the matter remains unresolved, with many users continuing to report that calls either fail to connect or suffer from audio problems. PTCL has yet to release an updated statement on the situation.
