Islamabad, Aug 9, 2025: The Yale Peace Fellowship 2026 is a fully funded program hosted by Yale University’s International Leadership Center. It supports peace activists and young leaders worldwide who are dedicated to conflict resolution and peacebuilding.
Who Can Apply?
Each year, 16 leaders from diverse backgrounds—such as civil society, diplomacy, politics, religion, and social entrepreneurship—are selected. Applicants should have experience in peacebuilding, strong leadership skills, and a passion for promoting peace. Fluency in English is required.

What Does the Fellowship Cover?
All expenses are fully covered, including:
- Application fees
- Travel costs
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Program fees
The program runs from January to June 2026 and includes online seminars, a one-week international study trip in February, and a leadership seminar at Yale University in April.

- A 600-word essay explaining your peace work and goals
- A short 2-minute video introducing yourself and your fit for the fellowship
- A recommendation letter from someone familiar with your work
