Islamabad, Nov 14: 2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid Spotted: Expected Launch and Key Features for Next Year. Kia has now revealed the facelift of the 2025 Kia Sportage in South Korea, which heralds upgraded powertrain, technology, and design to the existing C-segment SUV. To accommodate its wide range of buyers, the 2017 Sportage comes with a 1.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine, a self-charging hybrid gasoline engine, and an LPG powertrain.

Dimensions and Exterior

The body of the facelifted Sportage has a length of 4,685 mm a width of 1,865 mm and a height of 1,660 mm with a wheel base of 2,755 mm. It reflects an athletic yet harmonious road posture, accompanied with wheel dimension from 17 to 19 inches alloy wheels.

Power and Performance

The 1.6-liter turbocharged petrol engine in the redesigned Kia Optima generates 180 PS and 270 Nm of torque. For environmental-friendly drivers, there is the petrol-hybrid variant with a 65 PS electric motor and: ‘’infant mode’. So A 2.0-liter LPG version delivers 146 PS and 195 Nm torque while serving as fuel-saving option.

Interior and Tech Features

The interior of the 2025 Sportage features a digital cluster and head unit that are both 12.3-inches, along with Kia’s newest software, which allows for OTA updates. The model is equipped with the head-up display, advanced reality navigation, a new steering wheel with touch sensitive control for advanced lane-centre assist.

Driver Assistance and Safety

This has meant that Kia has installed full ADAS tech on the new Sportage, incorporating Highway Driving Assist 2 including lane-centering and an auto-lane changing feature. Other functions of ADAS include forward collision warning, rear collision warning, lane keeping assist and smart parking assist, all in the interest of safety and comfort.

Price

The starting price of the facelift model is around KRW 24 million ($21000) in South Korea, sets a new performance, style and technology benchmark in Kia’s C-segment SUV market.
