A PTCL spokesperson confirmed that they added extra bandwidth during repairs to minimize the outage’s impact on customers.
As a result, services on popular platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram have resumed with full functionality, offering users a seamless experience.
The restoration efforts were a collaborative endeavor between PTCL and the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). Both organizations worked tirelessly to address the issue and ensure service continuity. PTCL expressed heartfelt gratitude to its customers for their patience and cooperation during the outage, reaffirming its commitment to delivering reliable connectivity and exceptional service standards.
