Islamabad Oct 22: Google started rolling out Android 15, its most recent Android operating system, to Pixel devices last week. Regretfully, there have been issues with this release. A significant problem has been reported by a number of Pixel 6 owners: their gadgets have become “bricked,” or totally unresponsive.
Although this problem appears to be sporadic, some users have hypothesized that the Private Space function may be to blame. After turning on this function, two Redditors reported that their Pixel 6 phones bricked. The explanation may be more complicated, though, as one user reports that their device bricked while they were using it normally.
According to every report of the Pixel 6 bricking problem, the devices are totally unresponsive, and normal debugging methods haven’t worked. Even though these are isolated incidents right now, the issue is serious. You should wait until Google offers a solution if you have a Pixel 6 and haven’t updated to Android 15.
Coming Soon to Motorola Phones
Other OEMs, including Motorola, have already begun releasing Android 15 for their handsets ahead of the typical suspects, like Samsung. When it comes to updating its smartphones to the newest Android versions, Motorola has historically lagged behind some of its rivals. But things are starting to change.
The business has said that the majority of the gadgets in its most recent Edge 50 assortment will get significant operating system updates for five years. For a limited number of Edge 50 Fusion smartphones, Motorola has started to distribute Android 15 beta upgrades. These beta updates will probably soon be available for other Edge 50 variants as well.
