Islamabad, Jan 12: Bahria Town, one of Pakistan’s largest and most prominent real estate developers, has officially entered the Dubai real estate market with the launch of its new headquarters and a major development project. This expansion marks a significant milestone for the company as it moves beyond Pakistan’s borders and into the competitive UAE real estate sector.

The company unveiled its plans during an event attended by key figures from the real estate industry, further solidifying its commitment to the region. The new development will be located in Dubai South, a rapidly developing area near Al Maktoum Airport, which is slated to become the world’s largest airport upon completion.

According to Bahria Town, the project will feature a mix of residential townhouses, luxury apartments, parks, schools, hospitals, and other essential community facilities. Shahid Mahmood Qureshi, Head of Global Sales, described the project as a fully integrated community, designed to cater to a wide range of residential and lifestyle needs.
