ISLAMABAD, AUGUST 6: Regarding the unapproved import of BMW electric vehicles from the UK and Japan, Dewan Motors, the official importer of BMW in Pakistan warns customers against imported cars. The business has seen that some dealers and brokers are importing these cars into Pakistan without the required paperwork.

Dewan Motors stressed in the letter that their imported cars are particularly made and approved for use in their originating markets. As a result, they might not adhere to Pakistani laws and specifications regarding fuel purity, which could put customers’ safety and security at risk.

Dewan Motors has emphasized that in order for BMW automobiles to be eligible for warranty coverage, local standards must be met in order to protect customers. The aforementioned imported automobiles are not compliant with the local specifications and, as such, are not warranted in Pakistan.
Customers are urged by the notification to only buy BMW automobiles from the network of authorized dealers of Dewan Motors. Customers will be guaranteed to obtain all perks, protections, and support associated with buying vehicles that have been approved locally thanks to this.
