Islamabad, Sep 10: Customers can plan their rides ahead of time using the “later booking” option in the Careem app, which was the first ride-hailing service in Pakistan. Customers can arrange their rides up to a week in advance or at least two hours in advance thanks to this function, which guarantees they will always have a dependable car available when they need it, even in the event of a connectivity problem.
For office workers and students alike, the “later booking” feature is a popular option for airport transportation and activities. Just use the Careem app, choose your favorite ride type, press the “NOW” dropdown menu, and arrange a time in advance to book a ride.
Imran Saleem, General Manager of Ride-Hailing at Careem Pakistan, offered the following remarks regarding the “later booking” feature:
“In contemporary culture, where consumers depend on us to be mobile, mobility is essential. We are aware of the particular difficulties faced by our industry and constantly strive to bring new features that will make people’s lives easier and better. This function is made to accommodate their demands and make their life easier, whether it’s a professional arranging a ride for a crucial meeting or a student reserving a ride to class”.
Careem also has a “Premium 5 & 10” service, which is comparable to the “later booking” feature and enables users to schedule a ride for a longer duration, such five hours or a whole day of ten hours. This is especially helpful for events like weddings or cross-city travel, where guests may need hassle-free transportation for a prolonged amount of time.
