Islamabad, Sep 19: Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Muhammad Ali Randhawa met with delegation of Institute of Architects Pakistan (IAP).The delegation was led by President Ar. Zulfiqar Ali accompanied by Vice President IAP and other senior members of IAP.
The delegation presented a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), outlining the future cooperation between IAP and CDA for the improving urban development of city and the architectural innovation and designs.
The draft MoU outlines a shared vision for enhancing the architectural landscape and urban planning of the capital city. It was agreed to make collective efforts that will support sustainable urban growth, promote architectural innovation, and improve the quality of life.
Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa said that CDA always welcome and supports such initiatives. He urged that a follow up meeting be arranged to discuss the practical steps for further proceeding in the mater.
The delegation underscored willingness to contribute expertise and resources towards elevating architectural standards in the city. Both parties expressed their resolve to work together on initiatives that support sustainable urban development, promote architectural innovation, and improve the service delivery for residents of Islamabad.
