A public notice has been released by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) indicating that several property owners and residents in Islamabad have encroached into public land.

The public notice claims that the encroachments are having an impact on the environment and the standard of living of the city’s citizens. The CDA issues a warning that non-compliance would result in severe legal action, immediate encroachment removal, and financial responsibility for violators.

The authority stresses that encroachments cause traffic congestion, environmental degradation, safety problems, and disruption of the city’s aesthetic value. They also make it more difficult for the public to access important services. The CDA wants to make Islamabad cleaner, safer, and more organized by getting rid of encroachments. The warning extends to any type of encroachment, including occupation of public space, such as green areas and open spaces, as well as unpermitted building and other buildings.

Everyone and everything must abide by this notification and take down their encroachments within the allotted period. The CDA strongly encourages companies and all individuals to work together to make this endeavor to restore Islamabad’s integrity and beauty a reality.
