In a stunning upset, Nasir Iqbal defeated Egypt’s top-seeded Ibrahim Elkabbani in a thrilling four-set battle. Showcasing exceptional skill, Nasir triumphed with scores of 11-9, 8-11, 11-4, and 11-4 in a 48-minute contest, cementing his reputation as a rising force in international squash.
Noor Zaman Dominates Ashab Irfan
Noor Zaman demonstrated his dominance with a straight-sets victory over fellow Pakistani Muhammad Ashab Irfan. Winning 11-7, 11-9, and 11-9 in just 33 minutes, the 19-year-old once again proved his potential as one of Pakistan’s brightest young talents.
The championship, organized by the Pakistan Squash Federation in collaboration with Serena Hotels, brought together top-tier talent.
