Islamabad, Sep 27: Al Kabir Developers stated on their official Facebook page that construction on Block B of Kings Town Phase 2 will shortly start. The developer had previously said on September 25 that the sector’s map will be made public soon and urged plot owners to settle their accounts by October 15 in order to be eligible for a 100% surcharge and restoration fee remission.
Additionally, the developer disclosed that construction in Block A of the project is almost finished, and property possession is anticipated shortly. In order to qualify for the 100% surcharge and restoration fee remission, plot owners in Blocks A and B are asked to pay off their outstanding balances by October 15, 2024.
Furthermore, Al Kabir Developers announced on September 26 that the master plan for their “Orchard” project will be made available shortly, encouraging interested parties and purchasers to check back for updates.
