Dewan Farooque Motors Limited (DFML) has announced the resumption of commercial production for the “Special Purpose Kia Commercial Vehicle,” under the name Kia Shehroze. The company has scheduled a roll-out and launch ceremony for June 4, 2024, as indicated in a notice shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

In February, Dewan Farooque Motors Limited had revealed plans to restart local assembly operations of KIA Commercial Vehicles in Pakistan, with the iconic KIA Shehzore set for launch this year.
