Islamabad, Dec 9: Under the Baggage Rules, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will limit the quantity of cell phones that travelers are permitted to carry into the nation. According to the draft of proposed revisions to the Baggage Rules, 2006, a passenger will not be permitted to bring more than one mobile phone besides the one they are using for personal use.
Within seven days of the notification being published in the official Gazette, the FBR has requested that any complaints or recommendations be submitted for the Board’s consideration. In its statement, FBR stated that any objections or recommendations received prior to the aforementioned period would be taken into account.
