Islamabad, Oct 14: England Names Squad for Crucial Second Test against Pakistan. The starting lineup for England’s second Test match against Pakistan in Multan has been announced. After missing four games because of an injury, Ben Stokes is expected to return to the team. The English captain appears to have fully healed from the injury that kept him out of action since early August, which was believed to be a hamstring rupture.

Stokes is expected to replace Chris Woakes in one of two changes England is making for the second Test after speeding up his recuperation over the past week. Gus Atkinson, who is taking a break, will also be replaced by Matthew Potts.

Since the second Test will be played on the same field as their innings victory last week, England is getting ready for a lower-scoring match. Despite being carefully watered, the pitch has been dried out by two days of sun during practice, and the worn surface will probably make spinners crucial for both teams during the game.

Although Pakistan has not yet revealed their starting lineup, important players like Naseem Shah, Babar Azam, and Shaheen Afridi have been left off. This new headline differs while including important phrase “England names squad” to draw traffic from high-traffic searches. It focuses on the second Test which makes the news more interesting and useful.
