Islamabad, Dec 17: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has sealed the offices of 14 illegal private housing schemes and their extensions across various parts of the city. The action was taken on Monday following an inspection by the enforcement team of the FDA.
The enforcement team discovered that several housing schemes and their extensions were being developed without adhering to the legal requirements. These developments violated zoning regulations, and the FDA acted to prevent further construction and ensure that developers comply with the necessary procedures.
Affected Schemes:
The housing schemes and extensions sealed by the FDA include:
- Al-Janat Villas
- Gulshan Ibrahim and its three extensions
- Al-Farid Town
- Green Town in Chak No 258-RB
- Pancerah City in Chak No 275-RB
- Madina Town’s extension in Chak No 258-RB
- Chak No 262-RB
- Chak No 247-RB Miani Garden
- Dream Paradise, among others.
The FDA emphasized that further legal action will be taken against developers operating these illegal schemes, and the public has been advised to avoid investing in such unauthorized developments.
