Islamabad, Jan 28: The Government of Pakistan has launched an exciting opportunity for job seekers, offering hundreds of teaching positions in the School Education Departments across the country. The vacancies are for the position of Elementary School Teacher (BPS-14), with a total of 257 openings.
These positions include 212 for male candidates and 45 for female candidates. Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals who meet the necessary qualifications, age requirements, and quota criteria. The application deadline is set for February 10, 2025, so prospective candidates are encouraged to apply soon.
Application Process
Candidates interested in these positions must submit their applications online through the official portal at https://induction.fgei.gov.pk/.
Please note that hard copy applications will not be accepted. All required documents must be uploaded during the application process.
After the application deadline, eligible candidates will undergo a thorough screening, and those shortlisted will be invited to take a written test.
The test will be conducted at various Cantonment locations, including Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta.

Detailed information regarding the test venue, date, and time will be shared through the candidates’ online accounts. A roll number slip must be downloaded and presented at the test center.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must hold at least a 2nd Class or Grade ‘C’ bachelor’s degree (04 years) or its equivalent, from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). The educational qualification will be assessed as of the closing date for registration.
The age limit for applicants is between 18 to 30 years, with a provision for a 5-year age relaxation. Additional age relaxations may apply depending on the candidate’s circumstances, but they can only avail relaxation in one category.
Selection and Interview Process
After the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date, time, and venue for the interview will be communicated to the candidates via letters. At the time of the interview, candidates must bring their original documents, including academic certificates. Government employees must also submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
