Islamabad, Nov 12: FGEHA Set to Auction Prime Commercial Plots in Islamabad’s G-13, G-14 This Thursday. The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) will hold an auction for various commercial plots in the G-13 and G-14 sectors of Islamabad on Thursday, November 13, at the Citizen Club located in F-9 Park.
A representative from FGEHA informed APP that the auction will include several commercial plots in G-14, along with multiple Class-III commercial plots in G-13, G-14/2, and G-14/3, in addition to a petrol station plot situated in the Mauve area along Sri Nagar Highway in G-13.
Bidders will also have the opportunity to bid on mixed-use plots and apartments located across from G-13 Markaz. Successful bidders will have the option to fulfill payments in manageable installments over a two-year period. Those who choose to pay the entire amount upfront will benefit from a 10% discount, and an additional 5% rebate is available for full payments made in U.S. dollars via official banking channels.
FGEHA has stated that a 25% payment of the plot price is required for obtaining building plan approval, while possession of the plot will be granted after paying 75% of the total amount.An official from the Ministry of Housing and Works remarked that the Authority has publicized the auction in major newspapers, urging interested individuals to pick up brochures from the FGEHA office.
