Islamabad, Dec 29: Romina Khurshid Alam, Coordinator to the Prime Minister on Climate Change, has praised the government’s groundbreaking initiative to recognize the significant contributions of women, transgender individuals, and persons with disabilities through the prestigious “Dignity Award.” In an exclusive interview with PTV, she lauded the award for breaking barriers and honoring the unsung heroes from marginalized communities.
Alam highlighted the courage and resilience of these individuals, emphasizing that the government is taking concrete steps to formally recognize their achievements.
