Islamabad, Oct 15: Gold prices dip by Rs.700 per tola
24 carat gold was sold for Rs. 275,000 on Tuesday, down from Rs. 275,700 on the previous trading day. This represents a reduction of Rs. 700 in the price per tola of gold.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold dropped by Rs. 600 to Rs. 235,768 from Rs. 236,368. The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold reduced to Rs. 216,121 from Rs. 216,671.
Silver prices per tola and per ten grams stayed at Rs. 2,614.88 and Rs. 3,050, respectively.
According to the Association, the price of gold dropped by $6 to $2,653 from $2,659 on the global market.
