Islamabad, Sep 12: 24 carat gold was sold for Rs. 263,000 per tola on Thursday, down Rs. 1,000 from the previous trading day’s sale price of Rs. 264,000.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold dropped by Rs. 857 to Rs. 225,480 from Rs. 226,337, while the price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold dropped to Rs. 206,690 from Rs. 207,476).
The price of silver per tola and ten grams, at Rs. 2,900 and Rs. 2,486.28, respectively, did not change.According to the Association, the price of gold dropped by $8 to $2,515 from $2,523, on the global market.
