Islamabad, 21 April 2025: Hasan Ali has expressed his openness to leading a team in the future, stating that he would welcome the opportunity if given the responsibility.

In a recent interview with a local channel, Hasan said his primary focus remains on consistent performance and earning his place back in the national side.

 The 30-year-old Karachi Kings pacer believes he still has a lot to offer and is determined to continue pushing himself.

Hasan credited his recent success to hard work at the National Cricket Academy, where he made technical adjustments to his bowling.

According to him, the changes helped him pick up wickets during the National T20 Cup and the ongoing Pakistan Super League.

Discussing his fitness journey, the pacer noted that he has taken greater care with his diet and injury management.

Although he light-heartedly mentioned his fondness for traditional meals, he shared that reducing sugar and maintaining discipline has boosted his energy levels.

He said the support of his wife played a key role in encouraging him to adopt better habits, adding that nutrition is something every professional athlete should take seriously.

Reflecting on his return to international cricket, Hasan highlighted the role of PSL in preparing players for the global stage.

He believes the tournament’s competitive nature, especially alongside international stars, has helped bridge the gap between domestic and international cricket.

At the same time, he stressed the importance of domestic matches, calling them the best platform for players aiming to make a comeback.
