ISLAMABAD, AUGUST 2: Ignite, Ministry of IT & Telecom, has given Lucky Landmark, a division of YBG, the prestigious assignment of operating the National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi for the ensuing five years in collaboration with LMKT and Orbit Startups.
NIC Karachi will prioritize industrial automation, fintech, cyber security, and the introduction of women-led companies as part of Ignite’s new focus. Under LMKT’s direction, NIC Karachi has grown to be Pakistan’s biggest startup accelerator and tech incubator in the last six years.
With the help of 299 entrepreneurs, the center has helped to create one million employments, raise Rs. 9.1 billion in capital and bring in Rs. 8.7 billion in income.
