Islamabad, Sep 5: Reza Amiri Moghadam, the Iranian ambassador to Pakistan, wished the country’s military forces, government, and people a very happy Defense Day on Thursday.
Ambassador Moghadam conveyed his appreciation for the bravery and selflessness of Pakistan’s military forces in safeguarding the country during his message on the eve of Yaum-i-Difa. In addition, he honored the martyrs (Shuhada) who gave their lives in defense of their nation. On this important day, I offer my deepest congratulations to the Pakistani people, government, and military forces. Iran cherishes its brotherly relations with Pakistan, and I genuinely believe that our two countries’ friendship would only deepen,” he continued.
