Islamabad, Oct 9: Ismail Industries to Establish Bisconni Subsidiary in UAE with $10 Million Investment. Ismail Industries Limited (PSX: ISIL) shareholders have chosen to establish a Bisconni Middle East Manufacturing LLC subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
As per a stock filing, ISIL intends to invest a maximum of PKR 10 million, meaning it will possess up to 100% of the shares, subject to approval from relevant authorities.
Under the trademarks CandyLand, Bisconni, Snackcity, and Astro films, respectively, ISIL primarily engages in the production and distribution of sugar confectionery goods, biscuits, potato chips, cast polypropylene (CPP), and biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET) film.
