ISLAMABAD, AUGUST 12: The Upper Chitral region is where the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has decided to launch the “Taleem Card” scheme.
This decision is in compliance with the directives issued by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur to the Departments of Finance and Education to begin implementing the program immediately. Gandapur announced that Upper Chitral, one of the province’s least developed districts, will host the first phase of the “Taleem Card” launch. The initiative will be piloted in this field initially to ensure the best results.
The program will first be progressively expanded to other districts in Upper Chitral while the administration works to perfect its operation there.
Gandapur emphasized that this initiative, which amounts to a significant investment in the future of the country, is anticipated to be the government’s hallmark project.
