Islamabad, Mar 10 2025: In a groundbreaking move for Pakistan’s digital microfinance sector, Mobilink Bank has successfully graduated 13 women-led Startups from its Women Inspirational Network (WIN) Incubator Program.

The initiative, designed to equip female entrepreneurs with essential business skills, financial literacy, and digital tools, aims to empower them to scale their startups, build resilience, and ensure sustainable growth.

A grand graduation ceremony was held in Islamabad on International Women’s Day, celebrating the achievements of these entrepreneurs who overcame societal barriers and numerous challenges to turn their business ideas into successful ventures.

The event gathered key stakeholders, industry leaders, female business owners, partner organizations, and media representatives, all acknowledging the impact of Mobilink Bank’s commitment to women’s financial empowerment and inclusion.

As part of the event, the bank also announced top-performing startups from the first cohort. Ecobricks received the Best Startup Award, securing a PKR 1 million prize, while Recycle Bin and EcoGrow were recognized for their innovation, each winning PKR 500,000.

These awards not only highlight the potential of these businesses but also provide crucial financial support for their expansion. In a further commitment to fostering women entrepreneurship, Mobilink Bank launched the program’s second cohort, ensuring continued support for emerging women-led businesses.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mobilink Bank President & CEO Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary emphasized the bank’s vision of enabling women to drive economic progress and now successfully graduated 13 women-led Startups:
