Islamabad, Sep 29: Mohsin Naqvi Meets Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren to Discuss Bilateral Relations.Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren was welcomed by Federal Minister of Interior Mohsin Naqvi, who congratulated him on China’s National Day. The Chinese Consul General expressed gratitude to Mohsin Naqvi for the changes the Ministry of Interior made that will help Chinese companies.
According to the interior minister, China has advanced significantly under President Xi Jinping’s direction. Recognizing China’s historical contribution to Pakistan’s economic stabilization, he referred to China as his country’s most reliable and devoted friend. He said that every country in the world should take inspiration from China’s rapid progress.
Citing the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) as a significant achievement, Mohsin Naqvi underscored Pakistan’s pleasure in its longstanding friendship with China. He reiterated that the friendship between China and Pakistan will endure and be robust.
Zhao Shiren referred to Pakistan as China’s closest ally and pledged to keep working together. Bilateral connections and topics of mutual interest were covered during the meeting. Senior representatives from the consulate attended the conference as well.
