Islamabad, Sep 13: In order to train Pakistani workers who aspire to find employment in Japan, the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), a department attached to the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD), plans to hire one or more Japanese language instructors on a contract basis.

According to an official source who spoke with APP on Friday, language instruction must fulfill the requirements of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) and Japanese Language Capability Test (JLCT) in order to prepare students for levels N5 and N4, which are necessary for employment in Japan.

According to him, candidates with the following experience and credentials would be qualified for the position of Japanese language instructor: they would need to be fluent in speaking, writing, reading, and typing in the language.

Create a specially designed training program that includes all the requirements needed for Pakistani workers to be employed in Japan. The instructor will be in charge of creating the trainees’ final certification exam, which will be assessed and applied appropriately. creating the language acquisition certificate; creating the communication exercises; teaching Japanese language training in accordance with JLCT/JLPT standards. creating the exercises for the proxy test in accordance with JLCT/JLPT regulations.

Any additional responsibilities or tasks in accordance with evolving standards for the minimal language proficiency needed for foreign or Pakistani employees. Instruction must hold a diploma in Japanese language from a reputable university or local/foreign institution.

Salary: Rs. 70,000 or negotiable based on level of experience and qualifications.Requires two to three years of experience working as a Japanese language trainer for a reputable local or international organization.

Good problem-solving abilities, the ability to accommodate trainee flexibility and provide justification for their cultural background, a positive work ethic, and the ability to work independently are all necessary for effective use of multi-media training.
