Islamabad, Oct 29: Olympic Gold Medalist Imane Khelif Poised for Professional Boxing Career. Imane Khelif, an Algerian boxing sensation who made headlines after winning a gold medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, is getting ready to start a new career in professional boxing.

Khelif has maintained her resolve in the face of tremendous scrutiny and controversy over her gender during the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, garnering widespread support and appreciation from supporters worldwide.

Khelif faced challenges along the way to Olympic success. The International Boxing Association (IBA) excluded her from the 2023 World Championships earlier this year because of baseless rumors regarding her gender, which presented her with serious difficulties.
