Pakistan Railways is offering a unique summer vacation train service from Karachi to Rawalpindi, starting on July 5 and running through July 30The train carrying the summer vacationers will depart Karachi at 8:45 p.m. and arrive in Lahore at 3:40 p.m. the following day.
Rawalpindi will be reached at 10:00 p.m. The train will leave Rawalpindi at 12:30 pm, arriving in Lahore by 6:00 pm, and arrive in Karachi at 2:15 pm on the following day for the return journey.The purpose of this service is to give families and individuals who are planning summer holidays easy travel options.
The national railroads had earlier on Thursday announced that the Lahore Railway Station would have air-conditioned restrooms. A spokesman claims that these restrooms have hand dryers and hand sanitizers. Diaper changing stations, shampoo, clean towels, and geysers for hot water in the winter
