Thirteen LDI license holders were up for renewal. Nine licensees still owe money on their APC for U.S., while four licenses are being processed for renewal.

Incoming international traffic will be disrupted if LD! licenses are not renewed. This traffic will therefore need to be diverted to other LDI operators.
