Islamabad, Oct 29: Shehbaz Sharif to represent Pakistan in Future Investment Initiative in Riyadh. On his two-day official visit to Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif came here Tuesday to attend the Future Investment Initiative’s (FII) eighth edition.

The prime minister was welcomed by Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrehman bin Abdulaziz, the deputy governor of Riyadh Province, at King Khalid International Airport’s Royal Terminal. Senior Saudi authorities and the Pakistani ambassador to Saudi Arabia were also at the airport.

The 8th edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII) will be place at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center here from October 29–31, and Prime Minister Shehbaz will attend and speak at the plenary session.

This edition’s subject is “Infinite Horizons: Investing Today, Shaping Tomorrow,” and it is sponsored by King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

The delegates will explore how investment can act as a catalyst for a sustainable and successful future at the moot. The Crown Prince, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, and other high-ranking Saudi officials are also anticipated to receive a visit from the prime minister.

“Just landed in the beautiful city of Riyadh at the invitation of my brother HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to participate in the 8th Future Investment Initiative Conference,” Prime Minister Shehbaz wrote on X after his arrival.

In order to create a brighter future for everybody, he expressed his excitement about attending this remarkable assembly of leaders from the corporate, business, and political spheres.

The prime minister stated that he would reiterate our shared goal of strengthening Pak-KSA relations through strong and advantageous trade and investment collaborations during his conversations with the Saudi leadership.
