Islamabad, Aug 22: The Indonesian Chargé d’Affaires, Mr. Rahmat Hindiarta, threw an exclusive Pre-CEO Summit Dinner for Pakistani CEOs, commercial Leaders, and their spouses at the Indonesian Embassy in Islamabad with the goal of fostering stronger commercial ties and improving bilateral economic relations. The World CEO Forum and CEO Club Pakistan collaborated on the event.
This esteemed occasion comes ahead of the highly anticipated CEO Summit Islamabad, which is slated for September 5, 2024, and Trade Expo Indonesia, which is slated for October 9–12, 2024.Prominent business figures from Pakistan have attended the event, offering a special chance to talk about important issues surrounding the next summit and trade show. The event provided a forum for networking, teamwork, and the pursuit of fresh opportunities for Indonesian and Pakistani commercial cooperation.
In his speech, Indonesia’s Chargé d’Affaires stated that, in light of their close bilateral relations, Indonesia is providing Pakistani business communities with opportunities to participate in the Indonesia – South and Central Asia (INASCA) Business Forum and Trade Expo Indonesia 2024, with the goal of achieving positive outcomes that will benefit both countries.
“Indonesia is pleased to invite the Pakistani business community to Jakarta and Bali for the CEO Summit, which will be held in Bali. Insya Allah, we will provide you with opportunities,” he said in front of a sizable group of notable businesspeople from Pakistan.
Muhammad Ali, a Special Assistant to the Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, was in attendance. He remarked, “I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Indonesian Embassy for hosting the Pre-CEO Summit Dinner and hope that it will foster stronger business-to-business ties and explore additional opportunities between Indonesia and Pakistan.”
The plan of cooperation between the Indonesian Embassy and the CEO Club Pakistan to organize the CEO Summit Bali as part of the World CEO Summit was communicated by Mr. Ijaz Nisar, President and Founder of the CEO Club Pakistan and the World CEO Forum.
In addition, the event included the following speakers: Sameer Hayat Mir, CEO of TM Rubber; Sameer Piracha, MD of Floret Commodities; and Mr. Zahid Latif Khan, President, CEO Club Islamabad Chapter.
