Islamabad, Oct 10: President Pays Condolence Visit to Chinese Embassy Following Tragic Killing of Chinese Citizens. Chief of the state, the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari called on the Ambassador of China to Pakistan on Thursday in the Embassy with an earnest condolences message on behalf of the Government and people of Islamic Republic of Pakistan for the killing of Chinese people in terrorists conducted in Karachi on October 7, 2024.
Pronouncing very stiff condemnations of the terrorist attack, the president restated the readiness of the government to ensure the culprits of this dastardly act face justice. Pakistan stands with Chinese people in this hour of mourning, the President House press release added.
In his conversation with Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong, President Zardari said that the Chinese government and people had made a significant effort for the improvement of social and economic factor in Pakistan and the foes of both the countries did not ever want to see the enhancement of this partnership.
He said the acts of cowardice by the aggressive force could not erode the principles of comradeship of the two long-standing allies.The president again reassured China that Pakistan would take all the measures to protect the Chinese people living in that country.
